2. How do you process the payment? Is it safe?
All credit card payments will be directed to PayPal or Stripe and process accordingly.
PayPal & Stripe are well-recognized payment sites & they are highly secured and trustworthy.
All payment transactions will be handled by PayPal or Stripe, therefore we will not obtain any credit card & personal information of our customers at any circumstances.

3. Which currency do you accept?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
You can either choose to make payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or currencies that are accepted by PayPal or Stripe.
If you choose to pay by other currencies, the total amount of your purchase will be converted according to the rates listed by PayPal or Stripe.

4. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details within 24 hours through email.

2. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Singapore: approx. 2-3 working days (For Local Courier : next day)
- For Overseas : depends on the country you reside in (we will give you full details after payment is received)


3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock.
In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled under this circumstance.

RETURN / EXCHANGE
1. Can I ask for a refund / exchange if I do not like the item?
As a reseller, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction of the size, color, material used for the product, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange due to this reason.

2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
We will make sure that the items are at their best condition before sending out all orders.
In case of damaged goods, kindly contact us immediately and we will make appropriate arrangements to the problem.

Please be advised that as we will not be liable for any lost packages, we highly recommend Registered Post or Local Courier Delivery to safeguard your order.
