1. How do I place my order?
- Simply fill-out our Order Form and submit to us by clicking the 'Place Order' button.
- We will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours.

2. How soon do I need to make a payment after my order is confirmed?
As we process our orders on a first come first serve basis, we'd appreciate if you could make payment as soon as possible after your order is confirmed.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can contact us if you'd like to cancel your order.
However, kindly be informed that we do not accept cancellations after payment is received.

Interbank Transfer (for Singapore only)
i)  POSB / DBS - Immediate Transfer
ii) UOB - Immediate Transfer
iii) Standard Chartered - Immediate Transfer
iv) Other banks - approx. 3 working days for payment to get through (no service charges)

You can make direct transfer to us via your Paypal account.
Upon order confirmation, we'll send you an invoice from Paypal and you will be directed to Paypal site for payment.
(If you do not have a Paypal account, you can set-up one at Paypal  free of charge)

Credit Card
All credit card payments will be via Paypal.
Upon order confirmation, we'll send you an invoice from Paypal and you will be directed to Paypal site for payment.
As Paypal will handle the transaction, your credit card information will not be revealed to us.
(You do not need a Paypal account for this payment option)

2. Which currency do you accept?
- For interbank transfer, transactions will be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- For Paypal, you can either choose to make payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD) , Euro or US Dollars (USD).
If you choose to pay by Euro or US Dollars (USD),  the total amount for your purchase will be converted according to the rates listed by Paypal

3. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details through email.

2. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Singapore: approx. 2-3 working days (For Local Courier : next day)
- For Overseas : depends on the country you reside in (we will give you full details after payment is received)

3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock.
In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled under this circumstance.

1. Can I ask for a refund / exchange if I do not like the item?
As a reseller, we are not responsible for any dissatisfactions of the size, color, material used for the product, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange due to this reason.

2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
We will make sure that the items are at their best condition before sending out all orders.
In case of damaged goods, kindly contact us immediately and we will make appropriate arrangements to the problem.

For exchange, kindly send the damaged item back to us in it's original packaging within 7 days upon the date you receive your order. Postage for sending returned item will be paid by customer in this situation.

Please be advised that as we will not be liable for damaged / lost packages, we highly recommend Registered Post or Local Courier Delivery to safeguard your order.
